Every Family Deserves a Second Chance!
GIVING TUESDAY
December 3 or Today 2024
Impossible?
I know there are so many organizations making an ask today. I’m giving to some of them because they are all worthy causes. Susannah’s House is grateful for all your gifts of prayers, monetary donations, service and physical items. It takes a lot of paper products to run two houses for 16 moms and babies plus our Dragonfly Center and administration and childcare facility!
With our Giving Tuesday gifts, we will be a few steps closer to having the funding to build our new childcare center. We’re bursting at the seams with babies, toddlers and preschoolers and we want to have enough space to accommodate some children from the Knoxville Community who have needs for trauma-informed care.
Every time I worry that a project is impossible, you guys step up and make it happen. This sign is on my office door:
Let’s make it possible! Happy Holidays!
Love you all,
Rebekah

Our next project, where we will stand in the gap for our families, may be our most critical. We are beginning the next phase of our childcare program by building a new childcare facility to offer trauma-informed education to the innocent victims of addiction. Check out the video for details…

We are raising funds for the second affordable housing facility for moms and their kids. You can help by purchasing a custom brick for the new house’s walkway! Help us build a new path for our moms to find sobriety and safety in their life!
“The Unbuildable Lot”
The project is completed! The Susannah’s House Affordable Housing Unit 2 “Parker Place” is now open for our eight moms and their babies to move in! Click the button to see more pictures from the ribbon cutting ceremony and learn more about Parker’s Place.
